Latest news: The New Zealand Ski season has begun.  On Sat 30 May Mt Hutt Skifield (near Christchurch) became the first ski field in the Southern Hemisphere to open for the season.  Coronet Peak and Turoa fields are now also open with the other major resorts due to open by late June. 

We are in for an excellent ski season with record snow on all mountains.
